Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted our preliminary information form and distance sales agreement in accordance with applicable law.

• Shipping Fees: For orders placed through our website, delivery charges may be added to the product sales price. In the case of properly submitted return or exchange requests, Quantum will refund all collected payments, including delivery fees. If your return is sent via the carrier(s) specified in our preliminary information form, no return shipping cost will be charged. If you choose to return the product using a different carrier than the one specified, or if the return is not made in accordance with the required procedure, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

• Delivery Commitment: Purchased products will be delivered to the specified address within 30 days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

• Full Product Return: When exercising the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in the same condition as delivered — including all components, warranty cards, user manuals, and any other accompanying materials.

• Non-Delivery of Product: If it becomes impossible to supply the purchased product, you will be notified in writing within 3 days, and the full payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date of notification.

2. Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are not possible for personalized products or cosmetic items that have been used, due to health and hygiene reasons. Therefore, for reasons related to health, safety, and personalized orders, exchanges cannot be accepted for certain products:

• Personalized Products: Items made to order or customized according to the customer’s specific needs.

• Cosmetic and Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene reasons, products whose packaging, seal, tape, or other protective layers have been opened.

• Perishable Products: Products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date may pass within a short period.

2.2 Exchange Process

2.2.1. Reporting an Issue: Please contact us at support@quantumaesthetics.com within 14 days of receiving your order to report any damage, defects, or reasons for requesting an exchange. Be sure to include your order number, relevant product details, and photos showing either the unopened protective packaging (such as seals, tape, or wrapping) or the visible damage/defect. We request this information to provide better service and ensure a smooth exchange process.

2.2.2. Approval: Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the defective or unused product. A replacement product will then be shipped to you at no additional cost.

2.2.3. Processing Time: Once your exchange request has been received by Quantum, the exchange will be processed within no later than 14 days, and the exchange amount will be credited to your account.

2.3. General Conditions for Exchanges

2.3.1. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all exchange requests.

2.3.2. International Orders: For international orders, please contact our customer service team to receive specific return instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping fees as well as any applicable taxes and customs duties.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Right)

Under the Distance Sales Regulation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without any penalty or obligation. However, customers may not exercise the right of withdrawal for goods whose packaging, seal, tape, or protective elements have been opened after delivery, if such products are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

3.1.1. Time Frame: You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

3.1.2. Non-Applicable Products: This right does not apply to certain products that fall under the category of non-returnable items.

3.2. Withdrawal Process

3.2.2. Product Return: The product must be returned within 14 days, in its original condition, along with all accessories and documentation.

3.2.4. Shipping Costs: Quantum will refund all payments collected — including delivery fees — for properly submitted return requests. If you return the product using the carrier(s) specified in our preliminary information form, no return shipping cost will be charged. However, if the product is returned via a different carrier or the return is not made in accordance with the required procedure, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3.3. Conditions for Withdrawal

3.3.1. Full Return Requirement: The product must be returned with all accessories, user manuals, and packaging intact and undamaged.

3.3.2. Unopened Product Requirement: If the product’s packaging, seal, tape, or other protective elements have been opened after delivery — and the product is deemed unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons — the return request will not be accepted. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety and personalized order reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

4.1. Personalized Products: Products that are manufactured upon order or customized according to the customer’s specific requests cannot be returned.
