This Website Guide (“Guide”) has been prepared to assist users (“Users”) in their transactions and shopping activities carried out through the website https://www.quantumaesthetics.com, operated by Quantum Aesthetics Kozmetik Anonim Şirketi (“Quantum”).
1. Creating an Account and Membership Transactions
1.1 To become a member of the Quantum website, click the “Create Account” button on the homepage and enter your name, surname, email address, and date of birth. It is important that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. After reading and approving the Membership Agreement and the Privacy Notice, your membership process will begin.
1.2. You may join our email list to be notified of campaigns and special discounts by ticking the commercial electronic communication consent box.
1.3. If you have registered before, simply click the login icon located in the upper right corner of the homepage, enter your email address and password, and you will be able to access your account.
1.4. After logging into your account, you may update your membership information such as name, surname, and email address through the “My Account Information” section.
2. Product Selection and Shopping Experience
2.1. Category Selection: From the homepage, you can select the category you wish to shop from (such as hair care, eyebrow care, etc.) and browse our products.
2.2. Product Details: You can find information such as product ingredients, usage instructions, storage conditions, and allergen warnings on each product page.
3. Cart Operations
3.1. Adding to Cart: You may add your preferred products to the cart. Please remember to select options such as quantity and variant where applicable.
3.2. Reviewing Your Cart: You can view the list of products you have added to your cart, along with the total amount, by clicking on the cart icon. If you wish to remove an item, you may use the delete/remove button next to the relevant product.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 To complete your order, you can click the “Proceed to Payment” button and finalize your purchase using your member account.
4.2 Please ensure that your delivery address, shipping method, and payment details are entered accurately and completely. If you notice an error before confirming your order, you may correct it. 4.3 Before placing your order, you must read the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form and check the relevant consent boxes. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and the agreements will be sent to your registered email address.
5. After Placing an Order
5.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email. This email will include a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. Your order will be delivered to the address you provided within a maximum of 30 days.
5.2. By placing your order, you are deemed to have approved the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. These documents will be sent to you via email after your order is confirmed and will be retained in Quantum’s records for a period of three years.
5.3. Without prejudice to the Parties’ rights under the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004, any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved — within the monetary limits announced annually in December by the Ministry — by the Consumer Arbitration Committee located in the Buyer’s place of residence or where the Product was purchased, and for disputes exceeding such monetary limits, by the competent Consumer Courts.
